Theresa N. Muley, Esq., is the founder of the Muley Law Firm. She brings to the practice of law a passionate determination to fight for justice. Ms. Muley earned her J.D. at Hastings College of Law in 1991 and began her legal career as Vice President and Associate Counsel for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company ('Fidelity').

In her position as an in-house litigator with Fidelity for five years, she represented insured homeowners and lenders in title related disputes. As a senior litigator with the prestigious law firm of McNichols Randick O’Dea & Toolaitos for six years, Ms. Muley focused her successful legal career on real estate and business litigation.

  Prior to embarking upon her legal career, Ms. Muley focused on business, finance, and real estate. In the early 1980s, Ms. Muley began working in the real estate industry as a real estate agent and mortgage broker. She holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration and Finance from California State University, Northridge, in 1987. Her diverse professional background brings practical knowledge and experience to her legal practice.
